I'm not sure what that has to do with my point.
As I said - UCR declared war on TW, was defeated on the battlefield despite outnumbering TW, and refuses to accept a fair peace offer - instead demanding TW surrender (despite, again, TW clearly having won this war.)
We all know what's going on here, and while I know playing dumb is kind of your thing, nobody's buying it.
Well, Non Grata declared war on UCR, and their treaty holders in OG decided to have 3 out of 7 nations go into peace mode around the same time? That sounds a bit sketchy to me. Just focusing on the more relevant parts, The Wolves have their own thread for that drama.

No "defense" of UCR is necessary.
They're the ones who declared war on TW and they're the ones refusing a fair peace offer despite losing to TW.
Although Old Guard apparently has an active treaty with UCR:

Indeed, it's more likely this treaty was signed in order to allow for the Old Guard nations who went into Peace Mode to leave because of fear of having to fight Non Grata:
(9/1/2023 1:04:46 PM) Lan Mandragoran changed from war mode to peace mode.
(9/1/2023 11:37:10 AM) Friendly_hazard changed from war mode to peace mode.

Ah, so the target isn't PGS, it's UCR. Time to activate that other treaty you posted today to attack UCR in defense of MONGOLS? And this will keep OG from entering in defense of UCR.
The game of tic tac toe in the sand continues.
Well I guess...

Great!!! More treaties!!!! This night lit
Don't worry, next treaty will be a PIAT with United Equestria at this rate.

At least I'm smart enough to know when November is.
Wake me up when September ends.

Oh, I thought Old Guard had collapsed. Nice to see the signing of an MDP though?

That's not very Christian of you.

we only use the biggest dates, the best dates
Then surely September 6th might have been a better date to pick? It'd have been nice.

Sounds like a boring date. September 9th seems much nicer. 9/9 works in both US and European formatting. Very good date. Some would say the best date actually.
Well I guess, there won't be any surprise if an Optional Agreement gets generated between both parties for the Post Game Showdown.

Working with Polar and talking with their government has been our pleasure to get this to happen.
Probably would have been more impactful if it was signed before September 1st, oh well.
-
Although I guess it's not surprising that Polar are so desperate, they need to sign with micros.
-
Interesting, I guess Polaris thought they didn't have enough treaties.

Why's the commie MoD refusing to come out of peace mode now?
If he comes out we can finally drag UCR out of the top 40 alliances.
Same reason why you are in peace mode, couldn't connect a stagger.

It's funny, I'd gone away, I might have come back, I might not but then they made me comeback and because of that they had to NG to bail them out. I am that good 😎
As soon as you said that, Firingline ran into Peace Mode in fear of engaging any further with you.

Who are you to define who I am or am not speaking on behalf of?
I look forward to hearing of your application into Non Grata in that case.

In these situations "no matter what AA" usually means that the objective of going after someone doesn't change with the AA they join, although the means and the approach vary.
Basically, none of you two is entirely wrong.
In this case though, Firingline would only potentially be speaking for The Wolves, and not Non Grata who haven't explicitly put a hit out on Sabcat. They had nations who were fighting Sabcat on The Wolves, but since they declared war on UCR, have returned back to the mother AA. As a result, Firingline is wrong until Non Grata decide to expand their war onto LSF.

Deal with it.
At least Non Grata would take those nations back, sounds like NATO have abandoned you. Deal with THAT!

Sadcat will be engaged by TW and NG no matter what AA he is on unless and until he goes through procedures to individually surrender that are satisfactory to TW / Non Grata, or a peace agreement is reached with UCR.
Hope this clears things up.
Don't recall Non Grata declaring war on LSF though, only UCR.

Yeah, coz that's exactly what happened. We didn't instead go back to our alliance to continue fighting UCR from there since NG is now at war with them too. We're still helping The Wolves, we're still gonna hit Sadcat or any other commie, we'll just do so from our AA
Except you weren't just fighting UCR, you came across to also hit Sabcat who had left LSF was called out in this thread and then rejoined that AA. The thing is though Non Grata didn't declare on LSF, they declared on UCR only, so does this action mean that Sabcat could leave LSF and join whatever AA he wants without action?

Congratulations Sabcat, it appears that you scared off the mercenaries which were sent to The Wolves to attack you:

Surely if that was the case, it wouldn't be the MONGOLS getting the treaty, it'd be you. 😉
