OMG, 29 pages... I didn't like the GRL much... Dropped 40k NS, but I'm fine with the tech update. I wanted to go into 100k range, but... oh well... -

I lost like 40k NS... But I support it. Did anyone remembered the tech discount for infra? This improves it, since it increases less NS. Anyway, the 50k NS free range need to drop back to 30k. There's not enough players in 50k now. No point putting it that high.
