Although only to this date two successful designs have been tested in SMA's massive man-made Lake Platerner. Try wikipedia for a similar vehicle, then adjust the price a little if you want a little more realism. The turboprops are really just to help the Titan off the ground, move into flying mode, and to help it land. The jet engines are really the main propulsion of the aircraft. And as for jetwash, the rest of the body is built to let the airflow from the jets move aerodynamically around then and provide maximum thrust.
