We all need to create trades between eachother.We much also aid eachother. We must aim to spread Totalitarianism. The United Totalitarian Countries Contitution Article I. Code of Conduct 1. Members are expected to follow alliance of laws. Member are expected to follow orders. 2. Racism and homophobia is intolerable, and will lead to our destruction 3. Member must be respectful toward each other and keep a friendly atmosphere 4. Members are expected to socialize and have fun among fellow members Article II. Government 1. The United Totalitarian Countries government is led by a Supreme Commander, a Congress and Four ministries Article III. Congress 1. One member of each ministry have a position on the in Congress 2. Members must vote in important matters such as war, treaties, etc. 3. Members must vote yes/no/no position 4. Congress has the power to declare war after a ¾ vote. 5. Congress has the power to agree and cancel treaties after a majority 6. All congress votes and decisions must be made public to all members 7. The Congress have the power of the Supreme Commander. But can only overturn his decision with a ¾ vote Article IV. Ministry of War 1. Ministry of War is overseen by the one 4-star General and one Lieutenant 2. This Ministry has the power to declare a war outright 3. Congress can overturn with ¾ vote Article V. Ministry of Foreign Affairs 1. Makes all decisions between UTC and other alliances. 2. Overseen by the Foreign Affairs Officer Article VI. Ministry of Internal Affairs 1. Overseen by the Mediator. 2. The point is to keep all Internal problems dissipated and to help create inter-alliance trade. Article VII. Ministry of the Deal 1. Overseen by the Merchant 2. The Merchant manages all things regarding Funds, Trade, and Aid Article VIII. Election 1. All ministry positions will be voted upon by the whole member body 2. Elections will take place when needed 3. Goons are ok but the other day, someone made an unkind comment on IRC. Although the comment wasn't directed at me, it shows a pattern of dysfunction. If we're not having fun then we might as well turn our nations over to Cheeze Giggles and green beer. Rule by committee is a failure. Good luck in your lofty goals.
