In this spirit, the alliances gathered today have decided it is best to unite and befriend each other, to grow together, to fight together, and to live in peace together as we thrive. So, without further ado MicroFusion is born. [quote]ARTICLE I: Establishment of Sovereignty Each signatory alliance of MicroFusion is sovereign, each with separate governments, internal, external, economic, and military jurisdictions. The MicroFusion interalliance government shall only operate at the discretion of the participating parties of MicroFusion. All participants have the right to withdraw from this agreement; operate their internal, external affairs autonomously; and select their government autonomously. ARTICLE II: Military Relations The armed forces of the signatory parties shall desist from any act of aggression or violence on each other either individually or collectively with other powers. Diplomacy, through proper channels, shall be used to resolve differences between the signatory parties. Signatories will not share private information to any non-signatory where it pertains to the security, dignity or interests of the other signatories. If any signatory alliance takes part in coordinated military action against another signatory alliance, that alliance will be subject to immediate expulsion and subject to military retribution. Central coordination of military affairs shall be organized by the interalliance government formed by the parties of MicroFusion. If one alliance of MicroFusion is to be in a state of defensive war with another alliance, the other participants of this agreement have the option to enter the conflict. ARTICLE III: Technology The interalliance government of MicroFusion shall establish a common marketplace to regulate the sale of technology. MicroFusion as a collective may be marketed to other alliances as a client in potential long-term or large-scale technology deals. ARTICLE IV: Resources and Trade Alliances of MicroFusion may opt into a central economic coordination forum, designed to aid and assist all member nations of the signatory alliances. This central banking authority shall not override the structures, sovereignty, nor jurisdictional authority of signatory alliances' legally mandated economic agencies. However, MicroFusion shall serve as a vessel where participants may turn to for extra assistance. Article V: Bloc Governance MicroFusion shall be run by a council of signatory alliances, each electing or appointing two officials to serve as liaison to the bloc. All and any bloc-specific business shall be decided by a majority vote of the council. The council may not impose or interfere with governmental operations of its signatory alliances. Article VI: Membership and Expulsion Alliances shall be approved for membership to MicroFusion by a consensus vote of the governments of the bloc. Expulsion from MicroFusion for high crimes and misdemeanors shall take the consent of a majority of signatory alliances. [/quote] Sirius [s]did[/s] does it better imo This is an odd bloc, I can't really see a big point to it, seeing how it isn't a colour bloc, unity related or the likes.
