[b] Article I: Non-aggression[/b] - The signatories of this treaty agree to maintain peace and mutual respect towards each other. Any aggressive actions by one signatory on the other will be considered a breach of this treaty. [b] Article II: Intelligence[/b] - Both signatories agree to share any relevant information received about the other in a timely and appropriate manner. Any informationthat is falsified or changed in any way to mislead the other party will be considered a breach of this treaty. [b] Article III: Aid[/b] - Both parties agree to endeavor to work together financially in order to benefit the growth of each other. Any aid requests must be given with a valid reason, and the amount of aid demanded must be reasonable. [b]Article IV: Defense and Optional Aggression[/b] - Should an outside party attack one of the signatories, the other signatory is obligated to come its defense with military assistance. Economic assistance is encouraged, but not required. - Should one of the signatories aggressively attack an outside party, the other signatory reserves the right to decide whether or not toprovide military and economic assistance. [b] Article V: Non-chaining[/b] - If either signatory is involved in a conflict due to an outside treaty, the other signatory is not obligated to provide any assistance.
