In the interests of bringing unity and strength to the forgotten people of the Pink Sphere, I accept the sacred emblems thereof, the sword, the magatama and mirror, and the title of Empress of the New Sakura Order. Through the unity of the people, the New Sakura Order hereby exists, manifesting our power through a single autokrateira, the Empress, who represents their wishes and defends their values of peace, strength and prosperity. Through the Empress, we can not be divided, and will bring revolutionary change towards the improvement of our conditions.

To assist in the creation and operation of our movement, I appoint the following as princesses of the New Sakura Order:

Haruhi Suzumiya - The Genki, Princess of Recruitment
Mako Lim - The Tsundere, Princess of Foreign Affairs
Liliana Shellover - The Yandere, Princess of War
Miyuki Konno - The Kuudere, Princess of Internal Affairs

For our people, descended from the sun, I expect they will serve in nothing less than an extraordinary manner.

In addition, the witch Bernkastel is appointed to a classified position.


Issued under the seal of Mio, the Josei Tenno of the New Sakura Order, the Vanishing Girl and Vanguard of the Moe Aesthetic, it is so decreed.

[b]Charter of the New Sakura Order[/b]

[b]Preamble[/b][/center]
We, the nations of the New Sakura Order, committed to peace, prosperity, and the inherent strength of autocratic government, pledging to support each other in our mutual quest for greatness, and in order to ensure our defense from external aggression, do hereby ratify this Charter as our Supreme Law and the source of all legal jurisdiction within our alliance.

[center][b]Article 1[/b][/center]
The New Sakura Order is founded as a Pink sphere alliance, and holds as its goal the inclusion of all Pink-sphere nations within its ranks, regardless of prior allegiances. The New Sakura Order claims full sovereignty over the Pink Sphere and shall defend its integrity both from other alliances and from those who would seek to profit from its widely-perceived inadequacy as a trading bloc.

[center][b]Article 2[/b][/center]
All nations residing on the Pink sphere are automatically members of the New Sakura Order. Nations not on the Pink sphere may apply for membership within the New Sakura Order on the condition that they rectify their sphere choice within thirty days of joining.

[center][b]Article 3[/b][/center]
The flag of the New Sakura Order shall have the hoist three-fifths the length of the fly; each the hoist and the fly shall be divided into two sections of equal height and length respectively, which shall further be divided diagonally from the center of the flag, the portions alternately colored white and pink. At the center of the flag shall be placed a single sakura flower, colored red and pink.

[center][b]Article 4[/b][/center]
The rulership of the New Sakura Order is vested in its Empress, who holds absolute authority over the alliance and its membership subject only to this Charter. The Empress holds her position at the pleasure and leisure of God, and may not be removed from office save by the hand of God alone. The Empress is the symbol of the New Sakura Order’s unity and sovereignty. The person of the Empress is inviolable. Succession to the throne of the New Sakura Order shall be determined by the Empress.

[center][b]Article 5[/b][/center]
The Privy Council of the New Sakura Order shall be presided over by the Empress, with its members appointed at her discretion. At minimum, the Privy Council shall consist of the Imperial Princesses, namely: the Genki, Princess of Recruitment; the Tsundere, Princess of Foreign Affairs; the Yandere, Princess of War; and the Kuudere, Princess of Internal Affairs. The Empress may make any additional appointments to the Privy Council, at her discretion.

[center][b]Article 6[/b][/center]
No person shall be appointed to or dismissed from the Imperial Government of the New Sakura Order except by Imperial decree. No laws, regulations, treaties, declarations of war or peace, or any other legal instrument of the Imperial Government of the New Sakura Order shall be legal and binding unless issued under the seal of the Empress.

[center][b]Article 7[/b][/center]
Any successful or unsuccessful attempt or conspiracy to compromise the security of the New Sakura Order; to remove the Empress or any member of her Imperial Government rightfully and legally appointed from their post, except per Article 6 above; to kill the Empress or any member of her Imperial Government; to perpetrate a non-consensual punishable sexual offense against the Empress or any member of her Imperial Government; to endeavor to deprive or hinder any person to whom the right of succession to the throne of the New Sakura Order has been reserved from succeeding to said throne; to act to help a foreign alliance or group of people overthrow, make war against, or seriously injure the members, sphere, or Imperial Government of the Empress of the New Sakura Order; to levy war against the New Sakura Order, or adhere to its enemies in time of war, give them aid and comfort; or, in time of war, with the intent to help the enemies of the New Sakura Order, to commit any act which is designed or likely to give assistance to the military operations of the enemies of the New Sakura Order or to impede such operations of the military thereof, shall constitute treason and be punishable according to the will and discretion of the Empress.

[center][b]Article 8[/b][/center]
Any member may be expelled from both the New Sakura Order and the Pink sphere by the decree of the Empress.

[center][b]Article 9[/b][/center]
This Charter is recognized by the Empress of the New Sakura Order to be the embodiment of perfection and shall never be amended.
