deSouza Posted March 9, 2010 Report Share Posted March 9, 2010 (edited) The Viridian-Scarlet Entente Signed at Lyon, on the first day of the third month of 2010 The Parliament of the Viridian Entente and the Central Committee of the National Liberation Front, animated by a common desire to preserve peace and pursue friendship, have agreed upon the following provisions: Desist from aggressive actions on each other, defined as aiding nations who are at war with or belong to an alliance which is at war with one of the two, encouraging a declaration of war, declaring war or spying on member states of the two alliances or sharing intelligence of any sort with third parties concerning the two alliances. Stand by one another politically to deter armed attacks. Remain in open discussion in case of an outside threat and share any and all information they feel may be vital for the security of the undersigned. Consider a declaration of war by a third party upon a signatory to this treaty a casus belli for the other signatory. Members are encouraged, but not required, to assist each other by any means possible. Give each other 72 hours of notice in the event that either signatory wishes to cancel this agreement.
