The blown nuclear power plant's situation is getting worse by the hour. Radiation and heavy toxic metal from it is spreading into the Great Lakes. We were unable to contain and pump out all of the contaminated water from the heavy rain. Parts of GLP's waterways that are contaminated with the radioactive heavy toxic metal are expected to be hit with severe flash floods tomorrow. We need assistance as soon as possible or the majority of our drinking water is unsuitable for consumption.

The United States requests that CAN address issues in the GLP which are compromising our domestic security and the emerging crisis involving the BPE, Imperium of Canada, and the government of Coruscanta. The nations in question are on a road to war with the United States which we are attempting to divert due to their current activities. We would like the membership of CAN to weigh in on these matters.

Terrorist attacks had also came from USA! Our blown nuclear power plant? We have evidence that it came from TUO operatives hiding in USA. The weaponized killer fungi that is slaughtering all of our crops? Those might had came from USA. The missile that hit Toronto? That also came from USA. Our roasted dead president? He was assassinated in USA. The four bomb trucks that blew up the downtown area of Saskatoon? We found an intact USA semi-truck driver license and ID that indicated it was USA's citizen.

Do you remember that one speech during the GPS where USA stated that somebody was trying to plant files in their database to frame them for the nuclear reactor explosion? TUO was definitely trying to get USA and GLP to attack each other for some reason and they succeeded in pushing one of us into war.

If I correctly remember, Disparu and the former Federated States managed to destroy the United Organization, which seems to be suspected to be behind these attacks, after the original Great Lakes States government fell and a protectorate was established. Even during the existence of the Protectorate of Ontario-Michigan, as well as the creation of Coruscanta, the United Organization did not reform itself. And yet, when the Great Lakes Provinces formed, the terrorists managed to reform and seemed to have gotten hold of weapons and resources. Therefore, it's quite possible that this attack could've been aided by your government, either directly or indirectly.

In short, I agree with the Texan/American representative here."

You missed some of their members during your crackdown. We went after the remaining ones but even fewer ones managed to slip away without being arrested. We launched another crackdown two hours ago and we arrested the surviving TUO's critical members that were multi-billionaires, other operatives, and sent USA a list of other operatives living in their land.

The situation in the Republic of Canada (or the Imperium of Canada, whatever it's called) is getting out of hand. If CAN wants to salvage any of the credibility its lost recently, I suggest we do something about this.

OoC: There's four actually: the Eggman Empire, the Atlantic States, the Imperial Hudson Reich and the Hakaarian Empire. I'd assume that most of them believe that the CAN is dead ICly.
