OOC: Bought an SDI, a nuke, naval vessels, and more aircraft. Do I have to build the naval vessels over time? How much real time?

Naval, Air, Intel and Space Development Project

Strategic Defense Initiative

The Defense Ministry has managed to set up a series of missile defenses, including satellites and ABM coordination, to further reduce the ability of rogue states to use nuclear weapons against our nation. This included the launching of several satellites, and massive telecom infrastructure construction across the nation.

Massive naval works

While the construction of an SDI put an enormous strain on our budget, we took the time to expand our power, in the gulf and in the air. Several dockyards and shipyards in Mobile, Alabama, have begun to churn out a carrier fleet for the Republic. New air units have been constructed for carrier purposes, but for now serve purposes on land in monitoring the war in Texas. Several carriers and destroyers had been under construction previously, and have just come out of dry-dock-- these are to bolster the forces and make it a proper carrier fleet

OOC: You could say that the naval vessels have been under construction, and are just now completed or nearing completion.

But if you say they are just starting now, I'd say, at the very least, a month of RT.

OOC:

Eh. I'll say this batch was just being finished, and the batch I just bought will be ready in a month.

OOC: The Civil War is over. And while your troops will be allowed into the C.S.A. major transportation should be limited to the Confederate highway. This is currently reaches about a quarter of the way between your nation and Texas. Movement beyond the highway would be across the open plains of southern C.S.A.
