Preamble

The Kingdom of Drakoria and the Polish-Czechoslovakian Commonwealth, henceforth known as Drakoria and the Commonwealth respectively, enter into a treaty of defense as a bond between their nations.

Article I. Non-Aggression

Drakoria and the Commonwealth hereby agree to non-aggression; neither party shall engage in or condone military or covert operations against their counterpart.

Article II. Commerce

Drakoria and the Commonwealth agree to allowing merchant ships from both nations access to their waters, and traders from the two nations are to be allowed trading rights in both countries.

Article III. Travel

Drakoria and the Commonwealth hereby agree to allow citizens from both nations travel unhindered through one another’s borders.

Article IV. Military Access

The undersigned nations agree to military access both ways; both nations may dock military vessels in ports belonging to both nations and troops may pass through their territories unhindered, provided they act in an orderly manner.

Article V. Mutual Defense

An attack upon one signatory is an attack upon the other. However, one signatory may request that the other remain neutral.

Article VI. Optional Aggression

Should either Drakoria or the Commonwealth find the need to enter into an offensive war, the other signatory is given the option, but is not obligated, to join the war.

Article VII. Cancellation

In the event that either Drakoria or the Commonwealth finds this treaty is no longer an accurate description of their relations, they may cancel it, provided that they inform the other signatory of the cancellation 72 hours in advance.

Signed for the Kingdom of Drakoria,

HRH King James Drake

For the Polish-Czechoslovakian Commonwealth,

King Nikola Romanov of Czechia

The Royal Council of Czechia

King Edward Raczyński of Poland
