It is designed to blind multiple aircraft pilots for a few hours, which causes them to be vulnerable to anti-aircraft defenses and crashing. The secret weapon is fireworks. Not the kinds you can buy from stores, they are upgraded Class A fireworks designed to generate maximum amount of light in a split second, delivered to the enemy pilots through missiles. Currently, we have found a type of flash powder that produces the most amount of light and tested it using all kinds of sunglasses. None of the sunglasses blocked enough light to stop the wearer from being blinded. However, we do not know if other nations have the technology to block out the light, nor do we have any jet planes to test on. We are asking that you to help us test the AA fireworks in return of us sharing the AA fireworks technology with you. Do not tell anyone else about the testing other than the scientists in your military department without permission, otherwise you will be exposed as a dishonest nation and that is a lose-lose situation. His delegation sat down besides him. Interwining his fingers together in front of him, Kennedy glanced around the table. "Very well. So, we have all assembled together to discuss matters regarding the Great Lakes State's secret project. It was about fireworks, so to say. What shall be the first order of business, so to put it?" The President said as he looked at President Jake. While the GLS scientists passed out the info papers, the military technology director stated, "We have tested the fireworks on people that were sentenced to a death penalty. We placed 10 of them 100 meters away from the fireworks, and ignited the fireworks. All of them were blinded for nearly 24 hours. The second group, made up of 30 people got to wear different sunglasses. We then ignited the fireworks again, and all of them were blinded around 12 to 16 hours. The fireworks are launched by track-via-missiles or fire-and-forget missiles and explode near enemy aircrafts, blinding the pilots so they can't dodge anti-aircraft missiles nor avoid crashing. However, it can not be used in dog fights unless if you want to risk blinding your own pilots. It did show it would be useful in against ground infantry and vehicles with windows, but we weren't so sure with aircrafts since we didn't have any. We also realized that some of the more advanced nations might have some kind of sunglasses that protect their pilots and soldiers from blinding flashes. President Jake then continued it, "Since your nation is more advanced and has aircrafts, we decided to ask for your help in testing them. In return, we will share the secret fireworks technology." "Hm, fireworks as a weapon? Interesting." He turned to one of the six scientists, a Dr. Robert Harris. "What do you think?" Harris nodded once. "I think the concept is fairly interesting, and it could help tip the balance to our favor during wartime. But we will have to consider the risks when considering this course of action." He paused for a moment. "But we certainly have the equipment needed to help make this experiment a success." Kennedy nodded. "Thank you. And as for the aircrafts and sunglasses, we do have them and we certainly can share them with you. I'm sure the Air Force will not mind letting you use several of our outdated aircrafts to test your new weapons. We will select a testing site somewhere that is fairly isolated and won't attract public attention. Mr. Wilkes?" A Dr. Richard Wilkes pulled out a file. "Here you go, sir." He said as he handled the file to President Jake and the GLS scientists. "This file contains the necessary information." President Kennedy smiled as he glanced around the table. I had to make it brief since there is an urgent problem in Great Lakes State; the pesky TUO and their rivals are causing mass destruction wherever they fight at and had racked up nearly $50 million worth in damage and medical care." replied Jake.
