King Rajavi Visakapratnam of Siam transmitted the following message to the headquarters of the Dragon Bloc.

"Esteemed Dragon Councillors,

Being a regional neighbor to and sharing many of the core values and goals of your nations, the High Council of the Kingdom of Siam has found it in our best interest to pursue membership in your esteemed organization.

Being new to the international arena, however, I understand that there may be some doubts in your minds. I would invite questions, sot that you might better understand us and our various positions.

I look forward to working with each and every one of you.

Respectfully,"

HRH Gen. Rajavi Visakapratnam, King of Siam, Comissar of the Khmer Socialist Party

The Chairman responded,

"The Dragon Bloc shall review your petition. I personally have nothing against it and will grant tentative approval. I wait to hear the words of my fellow Bloc members. If none object, you will be cleared and added to our roster. If you are approved, how should your signature be added? The same as in your statement of intent?"

"Thank you. As for the signature, the usual auxilliries can be excluded and shortened simply to:"

At this point a sound voting of yes for most constituents of the Dragon Bloc has been heard, if not unanimity. Therefore, Siam is hereby admitted and affirmed as a permanent member. Welcome to the Bloc and pretty much.. a united south-east Asia.
