"Esteemed Dragon Councillors, Being a regional neighbor to and sharing many of the core values and goals of your nations, the High Council of the Kingdom of Siam has found it in our best interest to pursue membership in your esteemed organization. Being new to the international arena, however, I understand that there may be some doubts in your minds. I would invite questions, sot that you might better understand us and our various positions. I look forward to working with each and every one of you. Respectfully," HRH Gen. I personally have nothing against it and will grant tentative approval. I wait to hear the words of my fellow Bloc members. If none object, you will be cleared and added to our roster. Therefore, Siam is hereby admitted and affirmed as a permanent member. Welcome to the Bloc and pretty much.. a united south-east Asia.
