Crymson Posted April 21, 2009 Report Share Posted April 21, 2009 (edited) Official Announcement from The Order of the Paradox Withdrawal from the Continuum Seventy-two hours ago, we announced our intent to invoke clause VI. A of the Möbius Accords and withdraw from the Continuum. As the seventy-two hour cancellation clause of the treaty has been fulfilled, we will now be officially departing the bloc. We ask that nobody begin theorizing or speculating on the reasons for our exit, as there is nothing to speculate on. Our departure from the Continuum has nothing to do with overt hostility or battle plans of any sort. This is not a prelude to war. Indeed, TOP still has very close friends within the bloc. Our withdrawal came about simply because our membership felt that Q was no longer a fitting place for us. We thank the other signatories of the Continuum for the good times we have all shared over the last 17 months; this is not goodbye to them, but rather only the end of this particular chapter in our mutual history.
