The TIA will perform intelligence gathering operations and maintain intelligence important to the Tennessee Federation. (OOC: Simple enough. Basically a CIA for my country. Simple enough right? Well he got busy giving his people assignments. He got a particularly special letter from the high offices as he was working. He opened it immediately. It read something to the following: Mr. Schultz, It is an imperative of Tennessee to get more information on our Southern neighbor, Henripolis. We especially want information from the Chattanooga area. Basically we need detail of anything new since we last knew it as one of the great birth cities of Tennessee. Get the local's opinions of Tennessee. Do so without getting any undo attention. Mr. Schultz rereads the letter. He understands. With the border going on in international negotiations, he understands where Tennessee wants it to be. In fact, he is probably one its strongest supporters. Yort92 Posted March 20, 2009 Author Report Share Posted March 20, 2009 Carl Cohen gets his orders from Mr. Schultz. Cohen was the obvious choice for the assignment. He grew up in the great city of Chattanooga. (The Three Great Cities are Chattanooga, Nashville, and Memphis and represent the 3 stars on the flag). He knows every little thing about the area. He has visited many times since he moved to Franklin. His orders are clear: find out the general mood of the people and see anything that the foreign government has implemented there.
