Taiwanese and Timoresian Treaty

After recent private talks between the heads and officials of the two Empires, it has been decided that we should put our relationship on paper, to improve our relations further. So, with that being said, I would like to announce the Taiwanese-Timoresian ODP.

Article the First: Each nations recognizes each others sovereignty and vows to uphold it and the integrity that each nation stands for.

Article the Second: If incriminating intelligence information is found against either of the signatories, it is their duty to report it to the proper officials in the other nation. Intelligence to safe-guard the livelihood of each nation is vital.

Article the Third: Each nation agrees that in the event of a third-party attacking one of the signatory nations, that while it is not their duty to retaliate, they have the option to do so. If they do so choose to retaliate, they must retaliate as much as they possibly can.

Article the Fourth: If either nation wishes to cancel the treaty, a notice must be given beforehand, in which a 48-hour grace period ensues. After this grace period, the treaty is considered null and void.
