Indeed, he now was not in a normal wheelchair, but in a treaded one, though it was significantly more armored than one would expect. There also were several weapons hidden in it, including a AA-missle, but that did nobody know, obviously. The Wheelchair also had a small engine to move it and was likely very expensive to build and maintain. The Chairman cleared his throat. Behind him was the Saborian flag "Ladies and Gentlemen, Friends and Comrades. Today I have an important announcement, though I will try to keep it somewhat short. As you all know, Saboria was born out of a revolution against capitalist tyrants and exploiters. To get rid of such people, we have at first embraced a version of Ubersteinianism, but over time and through reforms, we have moved away from this. As wanted by the people, we have implemented socialist policies. We created jobs for everyone, we provide education for all, wages are determined by the work put into the job and the dangers of the job itself, and much more. We have legalised abortion, abolished the death-penalty for crimes in favour of forced labour, and much more. A recent survey has revealed a few things about the thoughts of the Saborian people. And to their will I act, as I am their representative. Thus, Saboria's name will be changed once again, and the country will from now on be known as the People's Democratic Socialist Republic of Greater Saboria. Additionally, the official national policies will receive a proper name, as that was not the case until now. The current policies, as pursued by me, may thus be referred to as 'rational Communism', because it's basically that. Communistic and rational. Within the next weeks, the people of Saboria will vote whether they approve of these changes. Thank you, and have a good day." The National Anthem began to play. There is, in fact, no perfect ideology, as humans are not perfect by default. One can try to get the one closest to perfection, though. It stands at 632 meters with its antenna and currently is the highest finished building in Saboria, with more than 120 floors. Within the next days, offices and flats will be organised and people will begin to move in. It contains an area of 380,000 m² and is more than 60 meters higher than the 15th Hudson Street skyscraper at 568 meter with the antenna. The top of the building houses 54 wind turbines. There are a total of nine indoor-gardens at various levels, situated between the main building and the glass facade, with a height of more than 10 meters each. There also is a public park within the building. The Nakheel Tower is at a height of 831 meters, thus having surpassed the Byzantine (now Nova Roman) Millenium Tower as the highest building on the planet. Meanwhile, the Sky City nears the completion of its fourth phase, approximately 35% of it having been finished. In the next phase, the SkyTower and various industrial facilities will be built. It is currently unknown why, but be sure thatwe will tell you as soon as we find it out. Back to Gary, with sports." **Classified** Indeed, several hundred thousand men were, apparently for no reason at all, being mobilised and put to DEFCON 1. The Carrier battlegroups in the pacific were being recalled to the homeland, the defense of the pacific islands left to the two divisions that were garrisones there as well as the anti-ship and anti-air emplacements (both missles and railguns, as well as normal guns). IC: War in Forstellen A report by the SNN Our northwestern neighbour, Forstellen, has been attacked by forces of Rebel Virginia and some of their allies. In an unexpectedly quick war, the government collapsed, leaving the state in anarchy and its people unorganised. In response to this war, the Chairman has ordered the military on Defcon 4, but has stated that, "We will not intervene unless chemical or nuclear weaponry is being used. An according announcement has already been made public some time ago. Should Rebel Virginia or any of their allies use such weaponry - on that note, I forgot to say that this also includes biological weapons - then we will, quickly and efficiently, destroy those who used these weapons." It stands at a height of 1203 meters with 196 floors and a total useable area of roughly 1,490,000 m². 150 double-elevators transport the people within it and there are numerous offices, ultra-luxury apartments, restaurants, a large health club, and even an observation deck. Few other buildings on the planet reach a similar height. Meanwhile, the Sky City nears the completion of its fifth phase, which means that the SkyTower, with a height of 1001 meters will be finished soon.
