The rest of the Avalanche Government is as follows: Alpine Patroller: Minion Rouse Nordic Patroller: Valves Mountain Host: Don Supremo ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In addition to the new gov, we are very excited to announce a treaty upgrade with our good friends CRAP! The Mountain Compact Preamble: Recognizing our ever growing bonds of friendship, Avalanche and The Coalition of Royal Allied Powers, hereafter referred to as CRAP, enter into this compact. Article I: Sovereignty Both Avalanche and CRAP recognize each others rights to operate independently without interference in internal matters unless requested. Article II: Peace, Aid, and Intelligence A. Both Avalanche and CRAP hereby agree to maintain peace with each other as long as this treaty is in effect. B. Neither Avalanche nor CRAP shall attack the other, whether it be militarily, or in the form of aid (monetary or otherwise) to the enemy(s) of either signatory. C. Both Avalanche and CRAP are required to pass on information and intelligence that may be vital to the other in the quickest manner possible. D. Both Avalanche and CRAP are encouraged to aid the other should it be requested. E. Both Avalanche and CRAP will treat each other as preferred tech trading partners. Article III: Mutual Defense Both Avalanche and CRAP are required to provide aid to the other if they should ask for it before or during a time of need, be it in the form of military, monetary, or other types of aid. Article IV: Optional Aggression Neither Avalanche nor CRAP is required to provide aid, be it military, monetary, or other types, should the other be the aggressor in a conflict. Should either alliance feel that they need to help, they will not be discouraged. Article V: Good Faith and Friendship A. Should and incident arise that causes distress and strain on the relationship between Avalanche and CRAP, both parties agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the issue before canceling this treaty. B. Both Avalanche and CRAP recognize that friendship cannot be fully defined by a piece of paper, and agree to revise this document to better reflect their relationship should the need arise. Article VI: Cancellation Should either Avalanche or CRAP feel as though the spirit of this compact is not being upheld, they have the right to cancel it. Cancellation must be proceeded by an advanced warning of 72 hours in private.
