TTK loves Apparatus and they love us almost as much [size="6"] [u]Mechanized Cavalry[/u][/size] Article I: Peace Both signatories agree not to infringe upon the others sovereignty, and that they are both completely separate entities. Article II: Intelligence In the event that one signatory gains intelligence that would be of interest or detrimental to the other signatory, both parties agree to share this information between them. Article III: Mutual Defense Recognizing the respect between The Apparatus and TTK, this article hereby dictates that under any circumstances if either of the undersigned finds itself attacked by a foreign power, the other signatory to this agreement is required to come in full force by the side of their ally, without exception. The attacked signatory of this agreement maintains the right to waive assistance. Should the party required by this treaty to defend their ally not respond within 48-hours, the abandoned ally may cancel this agreement immediately. Article IV: Optional Aggression If either signatory declares war on another alliance, they may request military assistance in attacking that alliance. Although not required to do so, they are highly encouraged to help when requested. Article V: Cancellation At any time, either signatory may cancel this pact for any reason by private channels. Once notice is given through proper diplomatic channels, a seventy-two (72) hour grace period will be in effect in which this treaty will remain active.
