OOC: You cannot retroactively enter Botha Mode to stop a war. Technically, since you are not recognizing the war, the attacking parties can just take your land and your nation ceases to exist if you do not recognize the war. Well I don't know if he *has* to recognise their invasion. My obseravtion here is he has been blindsided into being forced to accept their invasion. But he has every SOI right to be there (as in IG capital is located on his territory). Is there any previous evidence of Italica function outside of Botha mode? This invasion is looking more and more like an excuse for a land grab or politcial bullying - and a great way to chase off RPers because you don't like their RP.
