Bundeskanzler
White Ruthenia shall be closing off its land borders. We feel that for national security, this is a step that must be taken. We shall be continuing civilian flights to Dystopian Crimea and other countries that are not in war. *Movements* The barbed wire fence around the entire contry has been reinforced with border guards and CCTV. White Ruthenia will not be allowing any foreigner to come in or any citizens to go out.
comrade nikonov
We hope this terrorist regime is aware that we have closed off our airspace to all flights in and out of your pathetic nation, so deal with it.
Markus Wilding
We at Damacious wonder why you two can never reach an agreement. Why in the world are you restricting travel between each other in the first place?

comrade nikonov
There is no travel between Fascist Valkurheim and Belarus. And since we do not recognize this "white ruthenia", we will not allow any kind of physical contact between Fascist Valkurheim and any other nation. Bacharth
Again. We strongly urge Belarus to recognize this nation and allow flights and needed civilian supplies to go into White Ruthenia or Military action will be taken. We also implore the international community to reprimand Belarus for its continued belligerence against this nation. A squadron of large supply transport planes were launched from Odessa bound for Valkurheim, on board was food, water, and construction supplies for the creation of hydroponics to make their own food. DeSchaine
Maybe not fascist, but decidedly ignorant. Doing what they have done with their borders serves only to isolate them further. The fact that they are not letting people in, this we can understand. However, not letting people leave... that is tantamount to slavery. What will they do if people try to leave? Shoot them? That would a gross violation of human rights. We call on the DC to not poke the hornets nest and leave things be for now. If anyone should be reprimanded, it would be you for trying to cause a problem in the first place. The rules are set, and you choose to provoke the nation that made them. Belarus has every right to shut down its airspace, regardless of it restricting travel between other nations.

comrade nikonov
All Dystopian ships flying into White Ruthenia will be allowed passage after they land at Belorussian airports first to undergo a check for illegal arms.

People attempting to leave White Ruthenia will be detained and investigated of their intent. If they are affiliated with the White Ruthenian government, they will be kicked over the border with a rather hard foot. If they are seeking political asylum, they will be handled by the Belorussian Immigration Services.

comrade nikonov
A Belorussian MiG-1.44 will escort the DC aircraft to Gomel. They will be notified by the internationally accepted way of the fighter aircraft approaching the left of the transport aircraft, and then waggling its wings to signal a landing. Once on the ground, customs officers will inspect the ship, and if no military equipment is found the ship will be escorted until it leaves Belorussian airspace. It is to prevent Belarus from attempting to use any cooked up reason to invade us. It would not be human rights violation to prevent the harsh treatment of our citizens by Belarus, given the Union's militant actions against us. We thank Dystopia for its diplomatic and humanitarian actions. *Message to the world* We realize that the war to our west is consuming the attention of the world. However, we ask that trade by air be continued with White Ruthenia.

Voodoo Nova
Thats their problem. **Private** President James looked up from the scattered papers on his desk to see an aide walk in to the room with a mem. The news station had just showed the video of Belarus making their statement. James stands up and watch's the television beside the aide. He turns to his aide and chuckles. "Do you think Belarus would think the same way if they were in White Ruthenia's position? Aide: "No sir, and pardon my Belorussian, but I'd think they'd !@#$%* more than they are now." James chuckles again, and takes the memo from the aide. The aide walks out and James sits back down and begins reorganizing his desk. comrade nikonov
We're a federal government dedicated to the founding ideals of the nation: Prosperity, Capitalism, and Nationalism. In short, a nation whose political power is centrally held, but gives much economic freedom to its citizens.
