With concerns for the citizens of the DSPR in mind, a telegram has been delivered to the government of the nation, requesting a swift response. Should no response be received within a week (OOC: 24 hours), Catahata shall extend their helping hand by sending a scouting party into the country to find out what is going on, and re-establish a state of control if necessary. "For six months now the people of this nation have been living in terrible conditions without a stable leadership. This rampant anarchy ends today. Hence forth we shall be occupying and protecting the region of the former DSPR and shall work to establish a state of order, following which we shall assess where to go from there. One thing I would like to make very clear now and always, is that our interests will always be in the desires of the people of this region, not our own. Thank you."
