I'm sure he'll allow it. I can't wait to get the full approval, as this will be my chance to use my old roleplay for the first time in a long time. For those curious Kashlinkov was an ethnically Slavo-Germanic state primarily, which was an awesome combination that I enjoyed alot. The nation spanned at it's height from the Ural Mountains all the way to the borders of France. It controlled the entire Balkans, Finland, Scandinavia, and a variety of other states. Colonies included Ostafrika [Ethiopia, Djibouti, Eritrea, and Somalia] and Nordafrika [Part of Egypt, Libya, and Tunisia]. This is excellent news!! My government will therefore wire Repubblica Italiana the first lease payment as soon as our current technology transfer has expired. We wish to clarify that while the airport runway is split between the enclave and Italian Somalia, both states would have full access and use of the runway and immediate airspace. Since Transvaal and Repubblica Italiana are formally aligned IG we do not envisage any perceived territorial violation issues. Later today the Republic of Transvaal will draft up a formal claim to indicate the existance of the Mogadishu enclave on the appropriate world map. You will notice that I did not call Italica a European nation. It is an African nation, just as Transvaal is. To suggest that my country has something against whites in Africa...you only have to look at the demographics to see that that claim is obviously false. Over a third of the population is white. We have Malagasy, black Africans, Chinese, French, Slavs...the leader is a white man. The only evidence to support your allegation is our opposition of a German 'Seventh Reich' colony in North Africa, and that opposition was made on the basis that the Nords were aggressively expanding throughout Europe at the time, and we - along with a number of other nations - felt that Africa had to take a stand to keep itself free of Nordland influence. Each time we have discouraged the presence of a government in Africa with real action, it was made with the intent to keep the continent free of influence from overseas empires. Obviously there was still some bad blood between him and the Arcticans from when he was Prime Minister of Transvaal. He viewed the Arcticans in a love-hate manner, as in that their progressive (to Pretoria) outlook often resulted in unwanted and pointed criticism for Transvaler governments which strayed too far to the right - yet neither nation could afford to have each other as an enemy due to regional security and economic reasons. Even when some nations opposed Cochin views, Vikram maintained his silence. After all there is no point in arguing with people with set prejudices. Now it was time to talk about the Non-Agression Pact. He would sign it, yes, but if one of them got out of line, Specifically Italy, He would throw out the document and go against his word.
