Centurius
Buenos Aires was put under maximum security as a possible dangerous meeting began. An invitation had been send and Furon had agreed to meet with the Empress to discuss a profitable arrangement for both sides. At 11 am exactly the plane arrived at Buenos Aires International where the Empress awaited the delegation.
Biohazard
Prophet, the leader of Furon, landed at the Buenos Aires International Airport, within the Imperial Union. He stepped out of the private Furion jet, and bowed before the Empress. "It is an honor to meet you, your highness."
Centurius
"The honor is mine and Welcome to the Imperial Union."Nadine said following the traditions she had just learned from her Asia expert. "If you would like to follow me to the car?"she said after which the guards proceeded to look if the road ahead was clear as the 2 walked towards the exit. The plane was taken care of by the best technicians and maintenance workers they could find.
Biohazard
Prophet shook Empress Nadine's hand, a thing he felt one should always do to any new person you meet, and bowed once more before following her. "Now, it's not that I have no wish to open relations with the Imperial Union, but we did not expect the Imperial Union to open relations with us," said Prophet. "If I may inquire, what was the sudden reason to host a meeting between our two nations?"

Asia has been under an oppressive force for too long one that has also tried to influence the Americas, we cannot hope however to establish a force against them without a friend in the Pacific. It is my hope we can reach an agreement which allows us to at least establish a long-term force in Asia tasked with defending it from the Dragon Empire"Nadine said as they entered the car. Biohazard
Prophet took the seat opposite of her, letting her speak, and then thinking to himself, before he said, "For quite some time, Furon has been against the AUP, as it is too free-form to be effective, and the DE. And, while we welcome any ally to help us in our quest to end the Asian oppressiveness, we do not generally go that far out of Asia to seek it." He paused, collecting his thoughts once more, before continuing. "Nonetheless, it would be considered a 'bandwagoning' move by most of the political world. For what reasons should we become allies, and, what are you willing to do to prove to us you are truly ready to end the oppressiveness in Asia, instead of using Furon as scapegoat, a mere tool of convenience?" Nadine took a file from one of her guards and handed it to Prophet. "Dragonforce Command or DRAGONCOM, 100,000 Soldiers, 10 Squadrons, Ships, Defenses and a semi-independent Command Staff to be stationed long-term in Asia. In addition we are willing to sign a Defensive treaty with Furon and offer it licensing rights on the F-1 in it's full form. The pride of the Imperial Defensive Air Force. All we ask in return is a small island to be used for it's command base. In addition to bringing a stable Military force as protection it will also improve your economy with Furon becoming a very popular holiday spot for 202,000,000 people. We will also pay rent for use of the island"she said as the car seemed to leave the city by now it was obvious to maintain secrecy the meeting would be held inside the car. Biohazard
He thought this over to himself. "Very well then. If the Imperial Union would be so happy as to write up the treaty, we will gladly sign it, as well as agree to the other terms you have laid out," said Prophet. "I do hope that you will turn out to be a great ally, and you should know that Furon will always be behind you."

Biohazard
Prophet leaned down, pulling out a pen, and scribbled his signature. It read the following: For Furon: The Prophet of Arkvoodle "I think you'll see that we agree to it. When will the first shipment of IU troops arrive?" asked Prophet. Biohazard
<\Public\Communique> We are greatly proud of being able to call the Imperial Union our allies. We foresee great things coming from this treaty.
Sir Keshav IV
"We are glad that our allies in Furon have got new friends, but what we are not happy about is a South American nation having control over Asian Land." *Private to Furon* Congratulations, finally Asia seems to be free from AUP Control, but we wonder why you accepted the land sharing, we have no idea. An South American nation so close to our borders, makes us weary.
Biohazard
<\Classifed\Communique\People's Republic of China> While it may make you weary, remember, it helps end the AUP/DE dominance in Asia.
King Kevz
Whilst we may currently be allied we find this agreement confusing. Tahoe and many other American nations have always been oppossed to foreign influence in America and yet now the Imperial Union is making an influence in Asia isn't that hypocritical? Our influence is artificial at most. The problem of a pact over continents is it is hard to enforce, the long-term divisions stationed in Miyako can ensure an efficient defense on short notice. Why should Asia not reciprocate?Turnabout is fair play, after all." ***Classified*** In the event of hostilities, Furon was listed as a prime target for a missile barrage.
