Perhaps in time, I shall release them, but for now, their resources are needed." --- To the government of Islands of Ice: The government of Eggman Empire is setting forth these terms and conditions that you must agree to for the hostilities to come to an end. Rejection of these terms or deviation from them down the line will result in a continuation of hostilities with no mercy shown. Make no mistake, you started this war, and now you have to live with the consequences. Deny us what we ask, and we will attack, take whatever we can carry, and leave your country a crater-scarred wasteland. Term 1:You will provide reparations in the form of $100,000 a year to the families and dependents of the airmen, sailors, and marines you killed in the recent attack on our naval fleet. You will continue to do so until the Eggman Empire government deems you've payed enough. The total figure comes to 4,158 dead. If the deceased does not have any relatives or dependents, their share of the money will be split up amongst the rest. Term 2: You will pay for the construction of replacements for the vessels sunk in the recent navy battle. The individual cost for the seven destroyer-escorts: Approx. $15 million, the individual cost for the 3 destroyers:Approx. $50 million, and the cost for the two cruisers:Approx. $200 million. You will pay the accumulated sum of $100 million to cover the cost of the 11 smaller craft destroyed. The cost you are paying for include, men, materiel, raw supplies, dry docks, and numerous other expenses. Term 3: You will pay for the construction of replacements for the aircraft you destroyed. The total amount we demand for the 128 downed F-22's: $8 billion. The total cost of the 76 F/A-18E/F Super Hornets: $3.8 billion. The total cost of the 72 F-35 Lightning II's: 5.9 billion Term 4:You will allow the construction of two army garrison bases, twelve army recon bases, one naval port, and one air force base on your soil.(This term is not negotiable, period.) Term 5:You will provide any assistance we ask for in relation to the rebuilding of Vlask. True, you had nothing to do with the port city's predicament, but your provided resources will greatly speed up it's restoration process. Term 6:You will upgrade all your learning centers(grade school, high school, college) to adhere to Imperial standards. The Eggman Bureau of Education will assist in this. Term 7: All convicted felons with any charges that include any type of homicide or sexual assault are to be physically turned over to the Eggman National Justice Department for in-processing into our prison system. We are willing to discuss the terms mentioned above, except for term 4 which is non-negotiable. This agreement will last as long as the government of Eggman Empire feels is necessary, and end at our discretion. You will have no say in when the agreement will come to an end. Violation of this treaty will result in renewed attacks. We do not know what your current economical situation is, but be sure that you will eventually pay the amounts specified in this agreement. Meanwhile in the Office of the Prime Minister. "Who are you people!!!" shouted the bleeding and broken man on the floor, as he cringed from the pain the woman's repeated blows had inflicted on him. "My name is Sandra Klein, formally known as Valerie but none of that matters now as you will soon be dead" said Sandra smugly as she cocked her handgun and placed the barrel against the General's head. "This is for damaging my new country!!" she said with a wide grin and pulled the trigger thus ending the General's life, looking up to her soldiers she indicated them over. "Clean up this mess and send off his body to the Eggman Empire with a note" she ordered before taking a seat behind the desk in the room. A short time later a sealed box arrived at one of the Eggman Empire ports inside was the deceased General along with a note that read. "Here is the man responsible for the damage inflicted to your nation, do what you want with the body. Your conditions will still be met by me. From Sandra Klein". To: Islands of Ice.While the...Tribute is appreciated, we would've preferred you turn the person over to our justice system so he could receive our own brand of punishment. However, the fact that you gave us the perpetrator, despite being dead, leads us to believe we can have a stable, peaceful relationship. We would like to have a summit between our two people's leaders to discuss the possibilities of other agreements. On a slightly related topic, this is the map for the deployment of our bases: Big green:Army Garrison base Small green:Army Recon base Orange:Air Force base Blue: Navy Baes We are beginning to send personnel in relation to terms 6 and 7. They consist of auditors and advisers in reference to term 6, Government Marshals and enforcement officers for handling prisoners, and various bureaucratic personnel to deal with the criminal files and paperwork, in relation to term 7. I was more referring to the fact that Dr. Kintobar undervalued his equipment by a significant margin. A Ticonderoga Class Cruiser, commisioned in the 1980s cost roughly 1 billion dollars. An F-18 fighter cost around 57 million, and so on and forth. 20 Billion for the terms exacted seem to be a pretty light fee for the amount of damage caused.
