hawk11 Posted July 9, 2009 Report Share Posted July 9, 2009 (edited) Before we go flaying me with bias calls, link me to the past precedent where saved stats were disallowed from being used for the establishment of new nations after a player quit. I'll gladly rule otherwise; however, I'm not going to turn over what I consider a reasonable ruling just because peopel say "in the past this was done." I wasn't paying attention in the past, this is new to me. I need proof, otherwise we're going to have a huge, drawn-out argument over it where no one wins. As far as first rulings go, this isn't the most popular one that's for sure. In the meantime, the stipulations of Vektor's reroll are no developing new technology and no nuclear weapons as a consequence of his playing with saved stats. Edit: I recommend this thread.
