Sir Keshav IV
*Private* With Cochin fortifying its borders more, the PRC military command has taken steps to defend the PRC's borders Sir. So what are these steps Maj.Gen Hwang ? Sir we are testing out the Type-1 Rail Gun and have succesfully tested out the new tanks. The Jinan-2 (K2 Black Panther) and Jinan 3(Arjun Tanks). These tanks will be commissioned to the Cochin borders. Currently we have 100 Type-100 from Cochin Military still in use and 1,300 S-3 MBT's. We are hoping to have at least 500 of the J2 and J3 tanks in service sir. These tanks and the Rail Gun shall be kept secret, the world must not know our secrets. Now Maj.Gen what are your plans on defensive fortifications? The Defense Towers are being built all along the Cochin borders armed with AA-Guns and AT weapon. Also the National Radar Commission is online and our defenses are pretty good. Pretty? PRETTY? MAJ.GEN YOU BETTER SAY IT IS BETTER THEN COCHIN OR ELSE YOU SHALL SACKED IS THAT CLEAR? NOW IDEAS ON ANTI-TANK WEAPONRY GOD DAMN IT. Sorry Premier, the Hefei Arms Factory-100 Javelin is being developed. It is an anti-tank weapon where the missiles seeks out targets without the help of a gunner and we are working on a way where this can be deployed from within buildings. Good Maj.Gen now get to work and don't say another word until our defense systems are upto date got it? Yeuh NOT ANOTHER WORD NOW GO! *Public* De-Militarization of Armed Forces The current PRC armed forces contain 400,000 active soldiers. The Government in interest of peace within the Asian Continent and steps towards reconcilation towards Asian Nations has decided to decommission 200,000 Soldiers to come down to an army of 200,000 with 250,000 reserve troops. Nuclear Weapons shall be decommissioned and only 10 shall be kept for defense purposes only. The Borneo Task Force has been decreased from 25,000 troops to 15,000. *Private* Keep a 350,000 troops active at all times, is that clear? YES SIR! Sir Keshav IV
Soldiers relaxed on Cochin borders The Military today announced that from the 200,000 men defending the KoC-PRC border has been reduced to 30,000 and the other 120,000 has been sent to reserve troops. As per the new treaty with the Kingdom, the government has decided to follow the rules of the treaty and come to minimum soldiers to defend the borders. These soldiers will be allowed to go home for sometime. *Private* Increase the soldiers along the Zargathia-PRC border. From 25,000 move it to 90,000 troops. They are considered enemies for the time being because of their support to the now fallen AUP. Keep the reasoning simple- mock drill. Yes Sir! Also make sure the Bohai is defended well. Our allies well only half our eastern neighbours are our allies. So we need to re-think or defense doctrine. Kingdom of Cochin doesn't require our attention, the DET and Zargathia and to the south the New Chinese Empire requires our attention. Move 45,000 soldiers to the southern borders and make sure to watch over this new nation to south. YES SIR! Now go.
