You have NEVER RP'd finding underwater cables and cutting them, or monitoring them, or anything of the sort. I probably missed something, but if Frost says he's blocking all communications then it's relatively easy to assume that he is blocking all communications. "I blocked communications" "okay I send a message" doesn't work. If she wants to RP going around the communications block, let her. How can she be asking for entry into the Pax Pacifica (Which, IC, I am a member of) when she doesn't even run her own nation... Seems like she should actually RP the new nation a bit first before asking to join. We're not saying the Pax is the 'cool kids club', but I'm sure we like our Central nations to be up and running properly, before they worry about peace...
