The Uberstein was an "estate" under the Holy Roman Empire. After their collapse, it was so small people didn't even bother to claim it, or even pursue legal documents to have the Uberstein's serve under them. It has been sovereign territory for as long as the Holy Roman Empire has been gone. Sorry that you live in your own little world, where super heavy tanks work and there is no difference between Germans and Scandinavians (Quite a messed up view if you ask me, denying people's cultures like that.) Or when you said that Lynneth was not a "real German" because he was RPing a communist. I'm quite pissed at myself for not taking screenshots. Germany owns the land, the Uberstein family owns the right to use it and everything on it. It's still grounds to go to war that the family of your leader is being prosecuted for no crime, but it isn't Marriehamm land. There was no prior RP to this, let alone that it is sovereign territory. Everything takes prior RP to happen, otherwise anyone can pop out of their box while being invaded and say "I've got a twenty foot tall steel/ cement/ zombie lines/ hellfire wall around my nation, you can't get in!" and I have a very clear response to that. It's still grounds for war that the Uberstein family is being persecuted, but the land isn't the issue, so will people stop talking about it. This OCC !@$#fest needs to stop (Ironic, I know, shut up). There is war, but there is no reason to argue about the land, no rp=no existance. There can still be a house and a historic family lands, but it isn't a sovereign territory. We also would like clarification on just how the term "enemy of the state" is defined here, and why it warrented such harsh action. OOC: It'd be like the FBI hitting the land in Colorado (or is it Wyoming?) that is owned by the royal family of England while Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, was there. My better tank the Steinhammer F isn't developed yet 3. and people are going to be less active because there is a ingame war? Even if I had OOC reasons for going to war, this is a PURELY IC reaction to your invasion of Uberstein's estate illegally, false charges on Fredrick von Uberstein, and ethnic cleansing. I don't go to war over OOC, I go to war over IC. Sure, I may still have OOC anger, but I have been RPing since 6th grade and I have learned to at least have IC reasons for IC things.
