The logs you have of the guy talking about our "plans" isn't even in the alliance anymore, hasn't been for a week or two now. Also, maybe at first when we first started up we had some hostility towards NPO for the last time, and had a idea of such a plan, yet if someone actually took enough time to actually ask us about it, you would of realized that we didn't care anymore about what happened in the past and was just going to move forward and starting a good alliance, and was happy to have Iron to help with tech deals, and be our protectorate. The guy who talked to Iron mostly was a former Vice Prez who had a falling out with the leader and left for another alliance. Only two people who had contact with Iron was the leader and the Vice President, so i know it wasn't Nightmare who said any of that in the logs, so that leaves the former Vice. And I'm guessing that if just recently Iron has canceled our protectorate and notified the "parties" of the plan, that means that the logs probably were not from too long ago, as i don't think Iron would wait long to cancel the protectorate and notify NPO of the suspected "plan". And just looking at the former vice president's nation, i think he's joined a different alliance then the one he was in after he left, but either way he's been in the alliance he is now for 9 days. So that means this information/logs were probably sent after he had left, and had no actual part into what our plans actually were besides the mentioned "idea" that was brought up when we first started. Me and Nightmare actually talked about our plans just days before Iron made this announcement and we were happy with the size of our alliance and was going to work on getting our nations to be active on our forums and were going to set down rules to be put into place that were to be followed, and reach out and get into contact with other alliances that were allied with Iron to start a friendly relationship with since Iron was our protectorate at the time. I can post logs of such convo between us, but was through aim so i guarantee most would say they were made up, so i could ss them all also. We were not going to make such a video either because A) We weren't doing the so called "plan" that was told, and B ) We didn't really want a surge of growth, and liked our 50 or so members and were going to work on just starting our alliance and getting all the rules and diplomacy going. Honestly, if we had this plan in effect, and were going to go through with it, why would we wait to make such a video? What would be the benefit of not making it right away to get people to create nations and start growing? We would of wanted to make such a video weeks ago when we first started in order to get nations to start growing. Why didn't we, because we had no such plan to follow through with it, we wanted to actually have a successful alliance. And he should take my word for it, as i am in Jarheads and know what goes on, and know who were the ones talking to Iron, which were Night, and the former Vice President. So that means that leaves two people to have said those such logs about or plan, Nightmare and him, and i know it wasn't nightmare, so that leaves the nation who left our alliance weeks ago, who went into peace mode as soon as he left. It does seem an interesting coincidence though, that your numbers didn't start really taking off until after NPO had declared war on you. The thing with CN is (in my experience) that unless you are really established, it will take more than typed words to fully convince someone of your innocence. Your best bet is to show your intentions with deeds. And maybe a screenshot or two for good measure. If it is true and you are in fact innocent of any wrongdoing, it is my hope that you will be shown mercy. If this is deception however... :jihad: you are in a world of trouble. We would really like you to start checking our forums often, and posting also. We really want to start getting the forums active and good discussion going on, both about the game and outside of cybernations. Me and Nightmare will also be posting rules on the forum that need to be followed or there will be consequences. We will be using these forums a lot and updating information and events, so it’s vital you use the forums. *just realized i said requirement msgs, was suppose to be recruitment I sent these out i think a day before Iron made the announcement on here about canceling our protectorate. That night, Nightmare was telling me over aim that Iron wasn't going to be our protectorate anymore because we were real small and didn't want to deal with it, but was giving us one of their allies, Nueva Vida to look over us. That night we talked about what we wanted to do like going to alliances Iron was allied to, and start at least starting convo with them, along with setting rules of attacking and such that we were going to post on the forums, which is why i sent out 50 msgs to our members to start using the forums because we wanted them to be a tool to talk about things and where they can read any rules updates and such As a Iron mentioned earlier about some of the tech deals, we had some nations that just didn't get what to do, even after Iron and Jarheads basically told them....why we were happy with an average size alliance because we still had a lot of things we needed to get worked on, and getting a whole lot of more nations would only make it harder to organize. Just a discrepancy. Wouldn't surprise me if anyone used multiple SNs for public/private, or anything like that though. I find it interesting regardless that the ability to get 150+ members was there but wasn't taken until after the declaration; was that just a coincidence, or was the plan to wait until someone was tipped off. I'd figure that many nations joining had the treaty not been cancelled and the DoW posted would've raised alot of eyebrows anyways. Edit: The multiple names is what I figured, but along with the date of the screen being almost a month ago kinda made it sketchy, plus the nation posted also had an RH aswell as only being in it's alliance for 9 days (Which could've been a random nation blamed purely because of that, but I'd think it's a stretch). I could also pull people from the alliance who would also back me up that the nation link i posted is the one of Fireblade4k (has two other sn's he uses also), and that he use to be the Vice President. As i stated the "idea" that was stated in logs and such was one at the start of our alliance because some had grudges. That idea was discarded shortly after as we wanted to actually have a good alliance. Why would we not post the video a long time ago if we wanted to get members to take on the NPO, so we could start to build them all up? Simple, because we weren't doing that "plan", and we were happy doing tech deals and being a protectorate of Iron while building up our smaller alliance. I hope by the screen shots of me and nightmare talking that we were actually happy to kind of being connected with the NPO since we were good friends with Iron, as night said "Thats a good thing." I don't think someone would want to be connected with a alliance who was allied with the NPO if they were planning on attacking them. I also posted logs to show how me and nightmare were trying to improve our alliance, because we had a lot of organizing to be done, and wanted more activity on the forums. So if you want to roll us for having a "idea" at the beginning of the alliance because of NPO destroying us in the past, then i can't stop you nor can anyone, but all i can say is that the "idea" was not something we were going to be doing, that it was thrown out early on, and that me and Nightmare were looking forward to getting activity on our forums and talking with other alliances and getting friendly relations, without the former VP. It wasn't a plot, it was a possible idea that we didn't go with because we actually wanted to start and keep the alliance, not just do something stupid like attack the NPO. We were just going to forget what happened in the past and move on. In all honesty, he obviously sent them to have this such thing happen to us, as he leaves the alliance and joins another alliance, going into peace mode to save himself, because he gets mad at Nightmare, but not actually telling the real proof that the so called "plan" wasn't what me and Nightmare were planning for our alliance. These logs are from someone who hasn't even been in the alliance in the past two weeks because he left cause he had a falling out with the leader.
