Executive Minister
"Thank you. We can only hope that once certain truths in our nation come to light (OOC: my recent confession on war crimes), you'll still feel the same way about us." Lord Zephyr
Matthew perked his head up from his light nap at the mention of ISoA lands."Excuse me for this but Raochin owns a small part of ISoA lands near the Red Sea up to the Rebel Army. There were some objections however it was resolved a long time ago. We'd like to keep those lands as they generate a large amount of trade income for us and we've already started investing in cities along the coast and slightly into the interior." One of the other diplomats sent with Matthew produced a document with the details of our claim to those lands. Said documents Matthew mentions this again. "It was not part of this conflict, however I see some relevance to this as I'd rather not see it go to a NAPO protectorate and stay under our flag." Firestorm
"Take it up with NAPO," replies Major Jack O'Niel as he leaves the room and returns to Somal.
SpacingOutMan
"It will go to NAPO and remain a NAPO protectorate until further discussion. After ascension to protectorate status, annexations can then be discussed."
Lord Zephyr
Matt makes a face somewhat like this and says, "Somebody isn't going to like, but another day I suppose." He leaves the room and heads for Raochin.
Maelstrom Vortex
"So is a relative peace been established then? Are we putting the guns away and favoring pens yet?" The Dragonisian rep would ask as he returned to the room to stand in for Davis.
Lord Zephyr
Matt turned just before he left to answer the new guys question. "Yea looks like it, somal left already, the only thing that needs to be done is sign a treaty, which we don't need to be here for."

SpacingOutMan
OOC: SO what were the exact border agreements so we can request the map be updated?
Executive Minister
OOC: I'd say Ethiopia, with the coastal slice, however, part of Ethiopia would be a protectorate / DMZ directly to the West, Northwest and North.
Zarfef
OOC: I'd like to see my nation as shown in my fact book returned , that way other nations don't accidently forget it's there lol. I'd make, but I has two other RPs going on and a thesis. Me busy.
SpacingOutMan
OOC: Sounds good to me. EM, if you could post that in the Map thread, that would be great. Thanks! And Zarfef, we can discuss that at a later point.
Executive Minister
OOC: Yes, no, maybe so? I ADDED THE AE FINALLY TO THE WORLD MAP!!! I'll declare at the wars end that due to the AE's unfallible valour and courage in supporting the NoN, we awarded more African land to their small nation. I'll prolly give a little more in the near future. Somal is a Cochin Protectorate (let them sort that out themselves) I don't know how Serca IC'ly deals with the NoN, so for now ill pretend they're like the UMS and want a DMZ between us. As said earlier, West, Northwest and North become a DMZ between NoN and UMS The actual shape of the NoN is totally changeable by the map makers. BEFORE I POST IN WORLD MAP, I NEED YOUR INPUT GUYS Edited July 25, 2009 by Executive Minister

SpacingOutMan
OOC: Could just make all the gray NAPO protectorate. That's what I thought was agreed to?
Zarfef
OCC: By the way, as boring as my post there was... I mean it was the saddest RP writing I've done in a long time I thinks... I created a reconstruction thread for describing any reconstruction efforts you might be doing after the war... I know this is likely most important to Somal and Red Sands Accord nations but I figured I'd mention it. http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=64378
Executive Minister
After long hours of work and toil, the cartographers sent out to draft a final map returned, the fruit of their labour completed. Grinning, one of the men placed a map on the table for the remaining delegates to see.
