They do not come along often, so we must enjoy them while they are here. Both signatories will hereafter refrain from any form of hostile activity, hereafter defined as military force, internal subversion or espionage of any kind, against the other. Article II: Conduct The colors of conduct are green, yellow, orange and red. Green and yellow should be respected and that line to red should never be CROSSED. Signatories of this pact pledge to show only respect and good will towards each other. While this will prohibit outright verbal hostility in all its forms, it will not restrict healthy debate or productive disagreement. Article III: Assistance Red is the color of war, green is the color of money and the color of politics on Bob is never black and white. Put them all together and perhaps you come up with a NEW ORDER. If either signatory requests assistance in the form of military assistance, economic aid, or political intervention, it is strongly encouraged for the other signatory to provide what help it can, though both parties accept that this is not an obligation. Article IV: Intelligence Information has the color grey, because who knows what you can believe? The one thing we know is that information flows freely and is never FROZEN in time or X’d out of this game. Should vital knowledge of a political or military nature come to the attention of one signatory, they are required to share it with the other. Article V: Upgrade This pact is MULTICOLORED, like a 60 count box of crayons. Once we have used one color per day, we will see if we want to keep coloring our world. After 60 days this treaty is automatically upgraded to an MDoAP unless there has been a verbal expression to the contrary from one signatory to the other. Article VI: Cancellation We all know that crayons don’t last forever, although we can always keep sharpening them. It is the hope of both signatories that this pact may last forever, or until the bond it represents grows to the point where an upgrade is merited. Given the uncertainties of the future, however, it is recognized that should any of the above Articles be violated, or should some major irreparable disagreement arise, that this pact maybe canceled after 72 hours notice.
