Well, it's pretty obvious what the outcome of this war is. The war coalition known as Karma is on their way to victory over the coalition known as The Hegemony, The New Pacific Order and IRON are most likely going to fall down below the top 10 in the sanction race, new powers such as TOP, Sparta, MHA, and the New Polar Order are on their way for a competition for first place, and the sanction race will become a lot closer. The question is, what will the political landscape of Cybernations be like after the war is over? In this thread, I will explain my opinion of Post Karma War CN, and than you, as Templars, can express your opinions too.

The New Power

With the NPO, IRON, and the rest of the former Continuum and the reamaining One Vision alliances out of power the question is, Which alliances or blocs will take the leap as the next powerhouse in CN? This is a very interesting question to answer. Ever since Great War II and especially after the Unjust War, the NPO and their allies have been the clear power in the game. They ruled with an iron fist taking out, every threat who had a chance of seriously harming them. The Hegemony took out the Unjust Path in the Unjust War, most of FAN in the FAN-1v War, GATO in the GATO-1v War, and most importantly, BLEU in the War of the Coalition. Little did they know that the War of the Coalition would cause the downfall of the Hegemony, and now a new power will rise to take their place. Obviously, the notable canidates are Sparta, TOP, MK, RoK, NpO, MHA, Gräms, ect., ect. Bloc wise we are looking at NOIR, The Citadel, The SuperFriends, Complaints & Grievences, and possilby a few newer blocs that will come in. In my opinion, nobody will be the power of CN. Not an alliance or a bloc. The Continuum in the past was the clear dominate bloc. Nobody could defeat them unless they were weakened. There were too many strong alliances in Q, that it caused every other alliance to kiss up to them or else they could be a potential target. In these days, the remaining blocs are even. There is no clear power, and honestly(unless a new Q like bloc comes, which most likely won't happen) there will not be a clear power for a long time.

Political Landscape

Because the Continuum has been dissolved and since there is no clear major power over CN, I believe the political landscape of Planet Bob is going to get very interesting. What is the Political Landscape on Bob going to be like? Well, unlike one major power contolling the game, there will be a few alliances/blocs trying to take control. Sound familar? If you have been around since the pre-Great War II days, than yes. This summer, is going to be very interesting. With Karma un-united, and with no major power, it looks like Planet Bob may be going into a sort of pre-Great War II like Cold War. Though the sides haven't been detirmined yet, it's clear there is a race for power between the Karma alliances and blocs. There are many possibillites of a Cold War. One of them is Complaints and Grievences and the Super Friends in a cold war. Another one is The Citadel and the SuperFriends in a Cold War. My third one is The Citadel and Complaits & Grievences in a Cold War. My fourth one is NOIR and Complaints and Grievences in a Cold War. My fifth is NOIR and The Citadel. Ny sixth one is NOIR and the SuperFriends, and my final one is The Citadel, the SuperFriends, NOIR, and Complaints and Grievences in a four way race for power. There also might be a fifth power formed of Polaris, STA, NSO, and former BLEU alliances. Even One Vision will be a power after they get their beating in the war. Because there are this many even sided blocs, in all likely hood, there will be in some way or fashion, a Cold War

War?

This game is different from real life. Cold Wars lead to wars. Major wars. During the Cold War between the League and the Initiative, there were a lot of a skirmishes, and than war finally broke out starting the Second Great War. With a likely Cold War between former alliances and blocs in the Karma Coalition, most likely war will eventually break out. What is the "war" going to be like?. In my opinion, this possible war will break out either in the late summer or fall. During the summer, there will be a lot of interesting moves that will shape the sides of the "Cold War". War will eventually breakout like I said though. It will probably be like the orginal Great Wars between WUT and The League/Aegis. It will be a fight for power. Not a curbstomp like the War of the Coalition. In fact, we may see 3 sides in the next "war", though anything is possible. In all honestly, I believe the next major wars will be a string of wars. Possibly 2 or 3 wars between the same sides for power. Of course, this is only my opinion, not yours.

Former Continuum Alliances

Where will alliances like NPO and IRON go? This question is hard for now. Old Guard will of course be with the Citadel and Valhalla with Poseidon, but it is still a very hard question. The only answer I have is that they will go with whomever they want to be with and they will rebuild. They will still be very important after this war because they will signifigantly help one side of the "Cold War" and the eventual Epic War I(or whatever). First, they must rebuild though. After that they can start their Foreign Affairs agenda again.
