I think when people step back from their keyboards, stop the mouth-breathing they'll realize that us old guard types are here for the community. Not to win or lose. Not to "rule", but to have a good time with buddies. I have enough freedom IRL, that I don't need to be an $*ing internet warlord for a nerdball pixel game. NG has always been pretty well run by committee with just a Tri making the final decision because they tend to have a bit more activity and information that comes with that. And we try to keep it open as possible since, let's be honest, NGers share what's on their mind so not like a spy would have anything to report anyway.

Is NG going to ever be atop the political landscape? Prob. not, and that's fine. We know who are friends are and we'll go to ZI for them, having a blast all the way down (or up).

I'm not afraid that he's right, because I know enough about TOP's internal affairs to know that he isn't. And I know not to take anything he says with anything less than multiple grains of salt because he was spraining his neck trying to fellate us before the Polar treaty, and that it'll be a few months until he's back at it.

Steve can do whatever he wants, but saying he's done anything but flip-flop immensely over the past few months and attempt to defame a political opponent would mean you're far more likely to have traces of Kool-Aid in your system then I am.

Assuming that it's just the language that you use and not actually your intention to do so, I'll go out on a limb to give you a word of advice, also based on casual observations about your recent and not-so-recent past public displays.

Bob, (internally) make sure that your words (and their connotations) don't become your thoughts - our thoughts are mostly limited to what we are able to say; (externally) make sure that your words really match your interests.
