As soon as we hit TL5, it's time for war. Prepare your soldiers and attack the named nation. Fight for your alliance!
Please be aware, some alliances will not be fighting. These are the saviours. If your alliance goes into anarchy (which you should try your best to avoid) or economic crises, these nations will have enough money and resources to, hopefully, restore the alliance.

What is threat level?
Threat Level is how concerned we are about a possible war. Listed below are different Threat Levels and what you should do if they are declared

WE ARE CURRENTLY IN TL1

TL1 No worries...stay calm!

TL2 A little wave is coming over...but you are fine and have nothing to worry about

TL3 Ok, let's get panicking. Increase your DEFCON and Threat Level, and stop spending

TL4 Right...very worried now. As above plus be ready to attack

TL5 All war is out.
