NoR, take advice on how to run an alliance from HoT.

-NoR, clean up your act. Give those people the boot. Anything less is insufficient. Give them the boot or you are in knowing support of that kind of ****, plain and simple. You are scrutinized because of the already questionable position you choose to "role play" from. Role play is fine, but it's clear that some people in your ranks take it a little further than the confines of this game. If you can't take responsibility for your alliance, then someone else should.

If you knew them a little better, you'd realize that they are actually more conscious about this kind of thing than any other alliance is. They take the allegations really seriously, and stuff like that bothers them. Also, they didn't know who the guy was until after he died.

Giving medals to murderers makes you about as abhorrent as this Lynch fellow supposedly was. Thanks for this post.

I'm sorry that I don't believe in a pretty little beautiful world where everybody is a good person.

By spreading a message of hate, people like him are responsible for the deaths of many more, because of the commission of hate crimes. It's because of the message that those kind of people spread.

So yeah, even if you look at it from a moral angle, and not just a "wow that guy is a dick" angle, people like that should be put down.

Well, technically, they shouldn't of course. Free speech, and so forth. Doesn't mean I have to weep for him, doesn't even mean I have to not be happy at his being permabanned from IRL. But yeah, obligatory "killing people for what they say is wrong." Even though he had it coming.

I know that's who you are referring to. I am deflecting the point because I wasn't around for those events, as old as I am, and I haven't studied them to make a determination in the matter. What I will say, is that, for the time I personally did know Slayer, he was the most honorable of men. I can't fathom treason being anything beyond a beginners error on his part.

Also, I don't believe TotalFark ever conducted war against Fark. Could be wrong on that, but I don't remember it.

NoR is a fine alliance and I believe they do what they can to keep it clean.

I almost never yell. If anything I get quieter the more pissed off I am. So....raging uncontrollably? In my head, that was actually delivered in pretty much a monotone.

NoR should clean up there act because of one person who kept the RL secret and was unknown to them until he was murdered. Please I've seen plenty of racism in various alliances in CN some serious some not serious but to single out NoR for it essential because they have a German theme is daft.

I'm more or less happy that the guy is dead, but I'm not really supportive of the guy who did the deed. I mean, doesn't come off that way, I choose poor expressions at times, and this was one of them. I've edited the blog now to a more accurate reflection of my views.

As far as the argument that "It's wrong to celebrate the death of another"... Yeah, it probably is. I'm still pleased with the event.

I'm happy that the world is a brighter place with the elimination of one particularly hate-filled man, and hopefully his efforts to unify the WN movement will fail with him gone.

I'm not glad that children witnessed the event.
