Long-Term Peace Mode Nations of the Mushroom Kingdom

Haflinger

On January 24th, the Mushroom Kingdom, as a part of Doomhouse, declared war on the New Pacific Order. On January 26th, two days later, a group of alliances countered with the bulk of their higher NS nations in peace mode.

At the time of the counter-declarations, the following Mushroom Kingdom nations were in peace mode, and have been in peace mode continuously since then.

Total non-fighting NS: 773,405.145

Total non-fighting infra: 151,004.32 (24.55% of MK's total infra)

Also notable are the following nations.

Yes, Stumpy, bros, and Zuli are all hippies. I'm sure they're chafing just as much as I am.

Stop trying to pretend you're not ordering your people into peace mode, MK. And that includes the obvious banks (over 10K infra and under 1K tech? NO THIS IS NOT A GOOD FIGHTING NATION).

DH: You can grow, but we're going to trim you as soon as we get uncomfortable with your growth whenever we damn please. And we'll do it again.

To be fair, pacifica used to do that when they were in control.

Does that give alliances the right to repeat NPO's past actions and not suffer any PR backlash?

Nope.

Two wrongs don't make right. Just because someone did something bad, that doesn't give you permission to repeat it.

I look forward to you somehow figuring out a way to force NPO's nations out of peace mode.

(Hint: You can't.)

Send the Almighty God of CN some gifts, sell your souls to him and pray the plan doesn't backfire epically.

Of your 17, less than half were ordered into peace mode. And only 4 or 5 are in a range where your side is really fighting anyway.

Another interesting fact, they don't represent every nation above a certain range, as y'all were trying to do.

Wait a minute, you're now claiming that we're not really fighting in the 20-60K range?

Well OK, we're not so much fighting in there as we are taking out the trash. I could go on and list your ZI and near-ZI nations in that range, but that would be introducing yet more facts that conflict with your stunned perception of reality.

A payment of 200 tech at most 3 months after the war (depending the outcome of the war) if you pull up the ZI'd/near-ZI'd list.

I am not joking.

Not above 40K, no.

This isn't a list of who's sitting in peace mode.

This is a list of nations who have not fought at all.

Try doing a comparable list of NPO, I think you'll find that a lot less than a quarter of their infra has been in dove for the entire war.

Uh, hi there. I am one of the guys who "did not fight at all". And by not fight at all I assume you meant blew apart 10 nations (a couple solo who attacked me) from 4 alliances until they got to 2k infra and then went to peace mode. But sure I hear that being called not fighting all the time, it must be a new thing.

Yet more facts? Like that "a lot less than a quarter of NPO's infra is in peace mode" fact when, in reality, the figure's over 50%. Please, do share more of your illuminating facts.

Say what?

Would you like to explain this graph then please?

Just a for example.

It's part of the upper tier push Legion has been doing now. But like you said, it's not so much fighting as it is annihilating any opposition we have, as can be seen from the NS graph of the guy who attacked that member of ours.

If you look at your nation, you'll see why he got the idea:

Unstoppable is a peaceful nation. War is not an option since 2/22/2011.

Apparently it's a bug.

You're in the second list, the guys who fought for a few weeks and then quit.

Considering Revanche's argument basically amounted to "no u, do somethin bout it" it's pretty fantastic.

What argument? For god's sake, he only answered a question.

According to my records he's been in PM since the 24th, so I think the bug got fixed. He did fight before then, but then, Haf mentioned that in the OP.

It's pretty clear 'might makes right', something NPO should be used to, and the only way to change the situation is to acquire more might, which is a long term game.

Oh, for some reason I read that as 1/22/11. Silly me. Anyway, point gotten. :P

Just a for example.

Nation Strength: 21,301.350 (My nation strength is: 76,997.981)

I also wouldn't call shooting off 10 cruise missiles a day and nothing else fighting.
