It was made clear by multiple people that it was non negotiable, you kept trying.

Maybe I don't have the whole story, but it sounds to me that OVER A YEAR AGO, one of the founders (Panfilo) didn't agree with the direction you guys were going, so he left, and those that felt the same left with him. If I am wrong, please correct me. I am not being sarcastic, I really want to know what is so bad that you have to chase another long term player from the game.

What's funny is that the people who actually hold positions in your alliance were very pleasant to work with.

If by "didn't agree with the direction we were going" you meant "honoring treaties that his signature was on" you may be closer.

First he is getting ZI'd. Not PZI or EZI or whatever; ZI then it's over. He left during a war, that is considered treason by most alliances, worse he was in Gov when he did it. He then hid in other alliances, refusing to fight for them as well, ignoring orders to fight in several wars. Wash, rinse, repeat. Yes it was a long time ago, he's been managing to obtain shelter for a long time.

Well they have not spoken with Panfilo as much as I have. I have gotten to know him, and know that he would be a great member & friend. Plus, I don't see how what he did deserves to get him ZI'ed. Also, I don't get how that is funny, care to explain??

He left the alliance to avoid a war, the "to avoid a war" part is what you keep ignoring.

I don't think he's fought a war since then either, I know for a fact that he refused to fight in TOP's last two wars and that is why they kicked him out.

You guys are arguing with the wrong person. Ace is the same guy who left MK to join Echelon DURING NoCB. He complete understands the concept of "I not agree with this war"
