I've been playing for a while with the idea of having my own blog (verbal diarrhoea etc.) and I finally decided: "why not?"

The trigger was Kalasin's most recent entry, which I was preparing a reply to, eventually realizing that it was too long to be a blog reply.

Blame Kalasin for this, then... :P

Note that it's "A Neutral's Blog", not "A Neutral Blog": it isn't going to be always neutral on CN politics - and maybe I will never write on CN politics at all.

Everything will be OCC unless explicitly stated otherwise.

I am totally new to blogs thus I am probably sailing on a failboat. Who cares.

The focus is on the fact that this blog isn't meant to be IC, and as such it might be non-neutral at times. To be frank I have no reason to think that I will comment on CN politics at all (I am used to go to the OW-RP main forum for that).

My point is that as an IC neutral I can agree/disagree with something/anything from an OOC point of view, but don't expect that to have direct IC implications over anything - otherwise it would just be a (poor) attempt to mask some IC non-neutrality with an OOC appearance, which is not what I plan to do.
