So in correction of the optional part. What the heck you drinking to try declaring on an alliance without a valid reason or treaty to bring you in?

Confidence juice (the reasoning has been posted many times, and I'd rather not get into that), my point was, we saw your deceleration on legacy as an activation of the mutual defense portion of our pact, as the treaty says "An attack against CSN is an attack against Legacy and vise versa."

Not a chance, If you think our membership is in revolt now, I can't imagine what they would do to us if we told them, "Hey guys we accepted terms from DT, LOL." At least there would be a riot, and I have a feeling some of our members would go rogue on you and refuse to end the war.

On the other hand it seems your alliance must convince its deserters to come back and offer aid rewards you guys are so desperate, or perhaps your members are just using our surrender offer as an easy way to peace out of their current wars to re-declare new ones?

Go look through that thread you posted. There are various shout's to our members in it. I'm not going to waste my time looking for each one because frankly I know what I've seen, and I know how pissed our members are at you about everything they've seen from you.

At least point out one? Cause the only thread I started was our DoW on Legacy. And I'm not a super heavy poster on owf unless I have something of value to say to the conversation. And lately that's been more to rebut on Penkala's crazy ideas, and within the blogs of this one and Penkala.

I've gotten a number of threats from your members about all these allies that are coming any day to kick our ass. And you've made that particular threat on several occasions in IRC. Now, we're in public and I notice that said threat is noticeably absent.

As for you guys not knowing anything about attempting to get us to disband, two nights ago, Magnet sent messages to several of our members suggesting they leave for other alliances. Other members of your alliance tried to talk SOM into a ceasefire (for him and his opponents). Still others have tried to talk Legacy members into a ceasefire under false pretenses. Are all these members, rogue? Magnet, is he not a major player in your alliance? I suppose you're not responsible for him, either, eh?

We both know what's going on here. You're losing a war. You're going to continue losing a war. No one is coming to save you. And every day it'll get worse. So stop pretending like you're in a position to dictate terms to us. You aren't. And you won't be.

Wanna explain exactly what drove you to suddenly switch from 30K in reps to white peace and an apology from us? Because the logs reveal what really occurred. You took advantage of someone hacking admin access to our forum and providing you with out of context quote, used your misunderstanding of that discussion to claim that we were in revolt. You thought you had the cheat code and a way out of a war where you got in WAAAAAAY over your head. And unfortunately, you're such a poor diplomat that you really didn't understand what leverage you really had and in doing so you condemned your entire alliance. Your alliance had the opportunity to recover from this war entirely within a month or two. You had the opportunity to be fully on the road to recovery at this very moment. Instead you condemned your alliance to being completely weakened and unable to prosecute a war for a very long time. Nations who wanted nothing other than to just continue building and saving are now watching everything they built be destroyed. And that occurred because your ego outdistanced your skill in battle or diplomacy.

By the by, the average NS lost in DT in the last five days is 7K per nation. 7K for every nation in DT. How long do you think you can withstand an assault of that magnitude?

You've got hardly any nukes left. No navies. No land. And you're entire alliance is quickly heading toward ZI. At what point is time to stop playing the fiddle?

Whelp, go look at the OP of the post you made. At the bottom there is a shoutout to our members which is trying to acknowledge any "revolt" going on (which, couldn't be further from the truth). Go look for more if you'd please. I'm not digging through pages to satisfy you.

Only way this is going to be resolved is if two opposing Governments work together with each other. We've lowered our demands, and at the same time it's all you do as well. In negotiations people work towards the middle ground; we've done our part. I've yet to see you do yours.

Does using OOC information to complete flip your offer sound like negotiation? Does that sound like a "reasonable end to this war"?

I notice that it's time to stop talking when someone calls you out on the difference between your private stance and what you say in public?

Which alliances are coming to your defense? Where are your threats that this front is about to blow up with people entering on your side? Where is all the bluster about how you're winning this war? Have you used ghosts, DT? I know the line your giving your members is that we're cheating and various other nonsense. I've found 5 ghosts in your alliance today. Out of 50 nations. They either ghosted another AA or they are ghosting yours.

The difference between us and you is that our tactics are successful. Every time someone changes to your AA we devastate them. I suggest you attempt to do the same. That's called prosecuting a war.

That's what we do when someone sits in symphony and then jumps into your AA and jumps on a couple of our members. We don't whine and complain and say it isn't fair. We just crush them into dust.

I don't have a hard stance. I've been open to negotiations with your gov from the beginning to find a fair and suitable resolve to the war.

This is the first I've heard of it. Should your gov had brought this to my attention then I would of taken steps to slap him around. Magnet is a normal member and not part of the government. That line of pm's is not something I would of instructed our members to do.

Sure I'll explain. LoSS had already been working on terms on their other front dealing with TIO, and we knew that they were getting ready to get out in the next day or 2. So we went to CSN to start those talks ourselves and get some terms setup so when all of the sides had their agreements in place then all the wars would end shortly there of. We suddenly went from 30k to white peace and an OPTIONAL apology due the fact that your gov walked out of the negotiations without a word. When an alliance walks out then any offer that was on the table is voided. So you don't get the same offer when you decide to come back. If an alliance needs time to talk about the offer then they say we'll talk about and get back to you. Leaving the door open for another round of talks. Even Goose had stated that when he left he had no intention of accepting the 30k offer so there was no offer there. The White Peace offer with the apology was something of good faith to CSN to help your gov save face and better the appearance and actions they had taken up to this time by giving them a way to say "Were sorry to their allies, fellow members, any anyone else they wanted to apologies to." It was never a required thing for them to do. The minute that they didn't want to do that. It was off the table, and we were ready to continue on from there to find middle ground.

And for the rest of your thoughts of what we had or have or us being able to war for a long time has yet to be. We don't care about our pixels, but look for what is right and fair to end this between our alliances.

Sorry no I didn't threaten to ZI anyone. If one of the members did that is his right to do so. It's a game and people can attempt to ZI people. We have no ZI list or care to carry one. So even when the war is over and the ZI didn't happen then well I guess people didn't do a good enough job and the guy fighting against it did a great job in doing so. And people go their merry way.

What OOC information? No one has presented me with anything that is OOC. If anyone would like to provide that to me and look to have help in trying to find whoever did what that was OOC then I'd gladly do my part. I don't believe in that crap and would do what was needed to help.
