Then you probably shouldn't be hosting a radio show, if you clearly lack that amount of objective and critical thinking. I'm in MCXA, and even I know that what is going on now, does not even compare to CoC.

Haven't listened to the show yet, so I haven't heard his points, but while I wouldn't lump them with the CoC, I would say they are rather cowardly. Polaris is getting decked right now, and nearly all of its allies have committed to fight the two smallest alliances engaged on it, with no attempts made at all to relieve Polar itself, or to attack head on those who are contributing to its destruction. PC and iFOK are showing that they can handle the !@#$ that comes at them.

The big difference between these alliances and CoC, is CoC eventually nutted up and decided to burn for their ally. I don't think you'll see the same from these others. They may burn, but they won't do it defending Polar.

Do you really think UPN and company have any business taking on anything other than iFOK? All joking aside, they've already been countered. The war is going to expand regardless of who declares war on who because we have all gone out and treatied every ho and their mother. Once the war gets past the next couple waves of declarations, I think it will snowball and we will all have fun for a couple months.

CoC caused rage on all sides and will be remembered for as long as CN exists. The iFOK thing has only pissed off the VE groupies(+Stormsend) and I doubt it will impact the game past this war. Polaris doesn't mind, or at least hasn't said so publicly, so I'm assuming their allies discussed this with them in advance.

I don't care if the show is objective or not, as long as it entertains. Its a talk show, not a news broadcast.

Completely agree that NpO is ok with it, and that UPN and co really couldn't do anything more.

Couple of questions for Hawk11: Are you really comparing the reasons and fairness of what happened here to the GCW? That's practically CN Godwin, don't compare the two. Also, Dajobo was stupid, Lennox conspired with him to gain information, then Lennox turned tail and we used that to start a war. It is ludicrous to think that we sent Lennox to do this. Why don't you ask Dajobo himself if you think someone sent Lennox to him from VE?

We aren't the same VE we were back then. If the "Golden Age" of VE is when we used to MADP NPO and GGA, tech raided, and participated in attacking GPA, then I don't want to be golden.

Anyway, if you want someone from VE to go back and forth with next week, let me know.

That was another of VE's low moments, to be truthful, but it still isn't as low as the trash you've become now.

Oh come on now. We all agree the Green Civil War was a terrible event, but trying to put it on a pedestal is silly. As someone who was around to witness that event, I'm not going to treat it any differently than people currently treat the KARMA war and the First Great War, in which it was my alliance that got stomped. And I'm not going to tell you to treat it any differently either.

I don't even remember what I said, but redact whatever it was. Lennox put himself in the organization after Dajobo figuratively vomited stupid on him by suggesting alliances for him to spy on.

Well I mean here's the thing; I think you're saying "We aren't the same VE we were back then" to mean that the VE has evolved as an organization over time to be completely different. I'm saying the VE now is not affiliated with the same VE of the past. I think we should clarify positions before going on.

Your commentary on the war and the iFOK counters is a bit off and missing the strategical elements in play (well, not missing them but the criticism for declaring strategically just is lame). They are looking to try and WIN, not simply defending for the sake of mindless defending. Otherwise, thank you for doing the show and posting this.

I've just looked at the coalition of cowards thread again for the first time in over a year. There is no comparison. 40 pages of rage and it could have gone on for a 100 if the mods didn't lock it. I think we've mostly forgotten about the iFOK deal already; its been buried under all the other happenings of this war.
