Hot Hot Heat!!!

Hot versus cold. We have all been asked this questions, many of us multiple times. Most people who say cold say "You can keep adding clothes. But if you're hot, there's only so much you can take off." Both of those statements are true. I guess your answer to this question may depend, in part, on how much clothing you prefer to wear.

Personally, I don't like wearing a lot of clothing. No, I'm no exhibitionist, nor am I a nudist. Clothes are great (well...some clothes are great). It's that the more I wear at once, the more often I have to wash clothes. Also, too much can feel encumbering. When I go from being outside in winter (where it is cold) to being inside, where it is warmer, I have all that clothing to take off...and what the hell I'm going to do with it.

This is part of why I prefer warmth: it's just less to deal with. Also, I like to go running and biking, which I find quite difficult when it's cold. A warm breeze trumps a cold wind any day of the week. But to be honest, my #1 reason for preferring warmth to cold: hot=more skin. Yeah, I'm that shallow. People obviously wear less when it is warm, which means a feast for the eyes, whether we're talking about people getting some exercise outside, going to the beach, or just hanging out around town. This is pretty much what I look forward to when winter starts to thaw.

I once lived in a part of Canada that is routinely -40C/-40F in the Winter and 40C/104F in the Summer. When it's cold out, you can always find a place to get warm. You can't always find a place to cool down when it's hot. So, if I have to choose between two extremes, I'll take cold.

Otherwise, like most folks, I like my weather to be temperate.

I was in marching band all 4 years of my high school career. Here in Virginia that meant spending hours on end in 80-90F (26-32C) degree heat (or higher)/high humidity for a couple of weeks in August-September while carrying a mellophone around (if you don't what that is, it's a big metal instrument). I guess I just got used to the heat...even though now I have been in the mountains for a few years.

And like I said, you don't see scantily glad hotties when it's frosty.

I like 70 degree weather personally because I live in Arizona and 110 can get ridiculous after a while. I played sports all throughout high school and summer practices 2 a days so to speak just killed everyone. And cold weather I like to visit but not to stay because skiing is bomb awesome.gif

But if I had to choose I would pick hot because being outside and not having 3 layers of clothing on is great! And seeing girls like the one on top at the beach is just the cherry on top.

I am unsure of what the purpose of this blog is.

Generally speaking a personal blog exists for the author to express themselves and their opinions. I thought that went without saying, but I guess some people need that spelled out for them.

offending certain parties as far as I can tell

So, what parties are offended? Elaborate please?

From what I have read you appear to have no opinions worth expressing or being shared. Why do you insist on continuing to waste our time?

Then why do you read this blog? If you view this as a waste of time you are doing so of your own volition and no one is forcing you to read anything. If you don't like what I have to say, then feel free to go elsewhere.
