He's long gone from CN, having joined Vox for the sole purpose of launching a bunch of nukes before leaving. My LJ account is long gone. But more than four years later, I'm still here.

I played Civilization 4 Warlords online, made some friends and played alot. We never finished a single game but it was fun. Got tired of Civ 4 after playing it over and over. Was thinking of buying a new game and googled something like nation simulation game or something like that. Cyber Nations came up, Jenneifer Government or something, other games too. But Cyber Nations is the one and only that I joined, I got hooked and never really had an interest in the others.

Saw it on the music website of IGP Warriors, who was then a member of MCXA. Having played Superpower 2, I was quite interested in the whole nation simulation thing, so I signed up.

And here I am, 2 1/2 years later.

I first tried to join CN via a thread on the GolemLabs forums in March of 2007, but alas registration was closed thanks to GWIII. My first nation was officially created in June 2007 after having remembered that I wanted to check it out.

But anyway, yeah. IGPW never really did get much involved in the political aspects of CN, or the RP. I s'pose it's a good thing he wasn't that much like me or you'd have twice the Wiki-induced headache.

Was looking for free online strategy games on google while at school. Two and a half years later, I'm still here.

Friend from highschool introduced me to the game almost four years ago.

I stuck around, he didn't (although he did make some waves on his way out).

I was looking for a wiki to Oblivion, and (accidentally) clicked on an onsite link to CN wiki. I was intrigued by the idea, so I started up.

Through the RealGM basketball forums, where the majority of BN's members originate. No idea how the original group found it, though.

Was referred to CN by Vilien of TMF, but looks like he's not playing anymore. Kinda surprised he didn't try to get me to join TMF. I wouldn't have joined if he didn't describe it in such an interesting way; was bored enough of !@#$%* by then.

I Stumbled Upon it.

I play an old fashioned text based MUD called Avatar. The owner there, established a NW game con called Ubercon. He found CN and brought 100+ of his closest friends into the game. Ubercon peetered out but many of us are still here, scattered here and there and loving it.

Played Wc3 and a friend recommended it. I gave it a shot throught December 2006-June 2008 but was inactive and never did anything at all. Same person encouraged em to try again in April 2009 and I'm still here.
