Turns out not as high up as he was claiming. He claimed to be acting UPN leader whenever Peggy walked away on IRC.

Obviously he is high enough in government for his comments to rightfully reflect on UPN gov.

He told me that he's essentially in charge of UPN if Peggy has to step away. That was my belief when I posted that thread up until Peggy queried me last night. Apparently he has given himself more power than UPN has. Regardless, he is still considered "High gov" of UPN, and his comments are out of line because of that.

Then again, I thought it was quite comical. And in the end, I'm really only here to amuse myself. If you can't find the hilarity in that, then you should probably get an appointment with a proctologist.
