Well, I'm sure I'm not the only person who enjoys seeing if they get quoted. Although I may be missreading your tone ktarthan.

I find it annoying to be honest...it clutters up my PM box with useless stuff. Hence why I unchecked the feature...

Especially if you're as interesting as I am. People can't help but talk to me. Then it becomes a real problem. For nobodies, however, let them bask in the excitement of being quoted. Let them enjoy their fifteen minutes.

I find it annoying tbh so i turned it off. I don;t like it how the blog box was pushed down, they don't seem to be visited as much anymore D:

Just pointing out that the feature doesn't work if someone replies to a post, but doesn't actually quote it.

Seems enjoyable to me, thought I agree with others above, it feels good to be talked to. Though as already stated, the less known, the less talked to.
