Greetings and welcome to my lakehouse:

I hope you make yourself at home in the kitchen:

Also feel free to grab some BBQ:

Feel free to grab a drink and settle in at the living room:

Now that we're all comfortable, what would you like to talk about? Feel free to ask questions and I'll the best I can.

If you can't tell, this is an informal Q&A type conversation but more relaxed around a fire with good food, good drink, and good friends.

What have you learned about human nature after your considerable time here on Planet Bob?

One of my favorite one-liners is Humanity is the cruelest joke every played on mankind. I have no clue who said it though. <_<

Anyway, I don't think I've necessarily learned anything new about human nature per se as opposed to reaffirming what I've always suspected. Our wiring is set up that we need relationships. We are not set to go about life alone. I have talked with many in my time here on Planet Bob (which will be 4 years in Nov btw) and I hear over and over again about how the community of alliances are what keeps people hooked. Not necessarily the politics or the wars or the gameplay but the friendships that are formed from working with people to accomplish a task, I think, is what drives the train.

Personally, I have made some good friends in my time at GATO. And that is what keeps me going and I suspect keeps all of us going. This is why I keep the quote in my sig, we must never assume that methodologies can do what only relationships can.
