Didn't OBR/TORN peace out a month ago or so?

According to a TORN member:

On Blackwater and OBR v. TORN, a de facto peace exists on that front and a de jure peace will be announced separately at a later time, as I understand.

From what I recall, OBR/BW announced a ceasefire with TORN, only because the alliance they entered to support was no longer active on the TORN front.

It was actually more annoying than most because I had to remove/comment out a lot of the stuff.

Works for me. But now that there are only 2 nations left at war, there isn't much point in posting a new image.

According to the peace thread, Gramlins are still at war with DAWN but I see no DoW between them and no declared wars, so they aren't on here either.
