Eh, we should leave off the Grub jokes. He is no where in the realm of someone like Nowedge. That guy deserves our scorn and ridicule. Grub did alright pulling Polar back from the abyss of NoCB when others would have gave in and quit. His departure wasn't pretty, but people go long and come up short all the time. Try to remember him for the leader he was rather than the leader he finished as. The sixteen months before really ought to define our memory of him rather than his finish.
