The Nation of Republic of Oceania wanted to start independent from alliances and rules. So for the first 49 days it grew alone. It attacked random Nations did trades and Tech deals and was doing fairly well. Commander made sure he was not attack any nation on an alliance. Commander has had difficulties paying back tech, however he paid it back. Eventually Commander wanted greater opportunities so he decided to join the New Polar Order on 11/15/09. This is continued in the New Polar Order era.
