After a really frustrating experience with my Norton Internet Security 2009, I felt compelled to submit some feedback.

Dear Norton people, the following highlights the notable experiences I've had with your products/services:

When I tried to renew my subscription, I was very confused at first and was forced to go to customer support to get help. After 30 min of waiting for support, the dumbass customer support person logged on my computer remotely and actually snooped on my browser (reading my tabs and all, and actually closing them after). And soon after discovered he was not answering my initial question at all. And ultimately DID NOT HELP WITH MY RENEWAL PROBLEM AT ALL.

Your liveupdate is utterly fantastic as well, it actually fails to update all the virus definitions, and with an error message so cryptic, only the folks over at Bletchley could possibly figure it out. But just to boost my spirits up, it still ends with a "Update Successful" title, joy.

But let's not forget your award-winning renewal and installation processes. My cup really runneth over with the "quality" installers Norton provides. In renewing my Norton Security, I actually had to dig through the email itself to find out how to install it, as the purchase screen and "customer support" dumbasses were utterly devoid of any assistance.
